產(chǎn)品說明：
1.機身采用整體焊接及整體加工結(jié)構(gòu),機身主要部件均采用ANSYS有限元分析軟件進行分析，確保了機床的可靠性及整機的精度;
2.兩側(cè)主油缸突破了傳統(tǒng)機械擋塊式折彎機的行程控制方式,采用了德國進口電液伺服閥及進口光柵尺構(gòu)成的閉環(huán)控制方式。滑塊位置反饋
精度高,運行準確平穩(wěn),同步性能好,折彎精度、滑塊的重復定位精度高;
3.后擋料中的功能部件均采用進口件,確保了后擋料的擋料精度,并可根據(jù)客戶需求采用功能更為齊全的多個后擋料軸的后擋料機構(gòu);
4.液壓系統(tǒng)均采用德國進口的集成式控制系統(tǒng),減少了管路的安裝，確保了機床的工作穩(wěn)定性,外形簡潔美觀;
5.機身兩側(cè)裝有C型板,高精度光柵尺安裝在C型板上,從而避免了折彎時機身變形對折夸精度的影響;
6.下工作臺具有液壓撓度自動補償機構(gòu)，實現(xiàn)了無言區(qū)有效補償,折彎精度高，確保長期穩(wěn)定;
7.數(shù)控系統(tǒng)采用意大利ESA、荷蘭DELEM或瑞士CYBELEC公司的電液伺服折彎機專用數(shù)控系統(tǒng),可實現(xiàn)折彎角度圖形編程、角度修正補償，
折彎壓力自動計算與自動調(diào)整,自動計算工作臺變形補償量，工件展開長度、壓底折彎壓力、開口距離、后擋料自動退讓等功能。

6. the lower workbench has hydraulic deflection automatic compensation mechanism, which realizes effective compensation in
silent area, high bending accuracy and long-term stability.
7. numerical control system adopts special CNC system of electro-hydraulic bending machine of Italy ESA, Holland DELEM or Swiss
CYBELEC company, which can realize bending angle graphic programming and angle correction compensation. Automatically
calculate and adjust the bending pressure, automatically calculate the deformation compensation of the worktable, the function
of the length of the workpiece, the bending pressure of the bottom, the distance of the opening, the automatic return of the rear
gear and so on.
